Mambourin Service Station

Mambourin Service Station

Tellus Civil completed the bulk excavation, subgrade stabilisation, detailed excavation and pavement base preparation on this service station in excess of 2,500 square metres. The project was delivered fast, while working through the intricacies of service station construction, adjacent to aspects such as fuel tank and canopy installation.

Deeca Barwon Downs

The Forestry Department expanded their Otways base with the addition of a new shed and amenities in Barwon Downs. For Tellus Civil this meant a new 1.8m high retaining wall, pad preparation under level 1 supervision, car park extension including kerb and channel and asphalt, as well as hardstand pad prep.

Ocean Grove Bowls Club

As part of their precinct upgrade, the Ocean Grove Bowls Club replaced 2 of their bowling greens, and upgraded all surrounding stormwater and pavements. Tellus Civil played their part delivering the bulk excavation, rock base for new greens and car park pavements adjacent.

Malvern Basement

This basement in Malvern was 5 metres lower than the adjacent street, and more than 2500m3 carted off site. A technically challenging project without a conventional ramp, this project showcased the ability of the team to deliver through practicality.

Lorne Basement Tellus Civil

Lorne Basement

The Tellus Civil team enjoyed their time in this magnificent location, again delivering a large basement with 2000+ m3 exported off site. This basement was excavated through sandstone, providing a satisfying geological challenge. Tellus Civil provided bulk excavation and detailed excavation for the structure on this project

Rokewood Community Hub

The Rokewood Community Hub required a raised pad to be constructed for the new building, as well as associated pavements. Tellus Civil delivered both of these fast and efficiently while also replacing a large swathe of unsuitable subgrade so that pad was rock solid
